Broad Street & North Main Street Utility Replacement Project
The Broad Street and North Main Street Utility Replacement Project was awarded to KBC Construction, Inc. on July 17, 2024.
General Project Overview:
The Broad Street and North Main Street Storm Sewer Project will include 4,000 LF of Storm Pipe improvements to the storm sewer infrastructure which will allow the proper collection of stormwater runoff and reduce the ongoing destructive deterioration of the street system.
The N. Main St. Sanitary Sewer Replacement Project will include 1,300 LF Sanitary Pipe improvements to the sanitary sewer infrastructure, which will replace deteriorating and leaking sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and laterals.
On West Broad Street, North Penn Water Authority will be replacing the old water main with a new 8-inch ductile iron water main that will enhance service reliability, water quality, and fire protection.
